A Big Opportunity for ...

- Risk and Compliance Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of risks to the company, employees, customers, reputation of the company, assets and interests of
stakeholders. Additionally, he or she oversees Risk Management Strategy, Framework, Tools and processes so that these can be effectively embedded across the organization.
This includes to the specific risk areas such as corporate governance, operational risk, financial risks, regulatory compliance, information security and operational risks.

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 3 year-experiences in related capacity and responsibility.
- Good understanding of microfinance and Banking industry and its development.
- Ability to think strategically, including defining objectives, and developing frameworks to achieve success.
- Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the DO MFI’s Mission, culture and Values.
- Be proficient in Microsoft office applications.
- Good command of English in both writing and speaking.
- Be able to demonstrate a broad technical knowledge and expertise covering conduct of business matters, corporate governance matters and regulatory risk and regulatory
change matters.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team player.
