One of the financial institutions is on the hunt for a Risk and Compliance Manager to provide a better assessment of the risk and avoid threats.

Duties and Responsibilities
* To plan, design and implement an overall risk management process
* To prepare risk evaluation & reporting which involve comparing estimated risks
* To assist in the procedures of risk management and support the CRO and local policy owners
* To conduct audits of policy and compliance to standards

Job Requirements

Skill and Requirement
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or other relevant field
* Minimum 4 years of professional experiences in compliance, operational risk management or related field
* Must have strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Must be fluent in both Burmese and English
