A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

• Manage Risk Management activities for the Bank
• Manage the process for developing risk policies and procedures, risk limits and approval authorities
• Ensure bank is in full compliance with banking laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures
• Support developing risk management procedures and framework for the bank
• Identify, control and report on the major risk facing bank such as Credit, Liquidity, Market and Operational risk
• Develop, monitor and implement credit risk policy
• Responsible for credit risk measurement and reporting such as portfolio analysis, scenario and model development, and reporting of operational risk in credit risk
• Implement and Monitor operational risks for branch operations and the departments
• Make sure bank is in full compliance the requirements set by the Central Bank of Myanmar regarding Liquidity Risk
• Prepare and present risk management report to the Executive Director on a regular basis
• Implement risk management guidelines for Internal Control regarding control environment and business process

Job Requirements

• Business degree preferred in Finance or related fields
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong presentation skills and attention details
• Experience in banking industry preferred
• Possess Credit Risk knowledge is a must
• Experience working in Credit or Lending Operations
• Risk Governance experience preferred (policies & procedures)
• Experience in bank’s Risk management field preferred
• Excellent skills in Computer such as Microsoft excel, word, and power point
• Good communication skills in English
