Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Manage and oversee the team responsible for RtR activities, General Ledger including provisions, accrual accounting and CIL reporting for the OpCo, in accordance with OpCo statutory and guidelines, and HEINEKEN policies and objectives, while contributing to ongoing continuous improvement, process standardisation and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage Fixed Asset Accounting, local reporting and MIC submission
• Global/Regional Reporting OTIF
• Statutory Accounting
• Monthly review and sign off Balance Sheet & Bank Reconciliation
• Ensure compliance to HEINEKEN SCAN and SCOA
• In charge of Functional P&L report
• Review and sign off MIC Quarterly Report
• Manage and oversee the team responsible for provisions, accrual accounting, performing costing checks, close sub ledger for inter/intra company, financial accounting reporting, inventory valuation, cash journal accounting bank account maintenance, CIL reporting, etc.
• Manage the month end timetable in order to ensure proper integration of activities and timings
• Manage the provision of standard reports (as defined by scope of service for the OpCo)
• Monitor and review process controls, and take the appropriate action when controls have not been followed according to the defined procedure (i.e. sufficient detail attached to each journal)
• Ensure compliance with OpCo regulatory
• Support internal/external audits (VAT, Financial, Operations) and remediate any audit issue related to the process
• Reinforce consistent performance of standard processes and identify and report any non-compliant processes
• Lead or participate in projects that positively impact the OpCo organization
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

• BBM, ACCA (Part-3)
• Finance, Accounting Professional certifications including: LCCI, CPA will be considered favourably
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in FMCG or F&B industry
• Working knowledge and understanding of process risk management, process management and fraud management & compliance.
• Experience in organising and leading cross-functional teams of individuals, assessing process and information flows, performing cost/benefit analyses, tracking results, developing recommendations and implementing changes that benefit business performance.
• Strong quantitative, statistical and computer skills, with emphasis on the ability to perform sophisticated analysis with spreadsheet and/or
database applications.
• Good interpersonal skills working positively and sensitively with internal staff and external parties, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Self-motivated and independent, able to work with minimum supervision
• Meticulous and highly organized in handling paperwork
• Good time management and personal organization skills; ability to organize own work priorities and meet datelines
• Ability to work with frequent interruptions and deal with unforeseen and urgent demands
• Must be a commercially minded team player
• Good in English communication skills
• Myanmar is a must
