Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist Development of materials for HSE training, programs and processes
• Conduct safety induction training and share the safety knowledge within employees
• Conduct safety tool-box meeting to analyse the accident and incident happened within past week/month, and prepare minutes with photo evidence
• Conduct rehearsal/practice for emergency response plan by involving all employees
• Promote HSE awareness topics within all working employees at project site
• Responsible for checking of HSE documentation & site inspection report
• Issue HSE regulation/discipline as necessary at project site with approval of management
• Oversee the suitability, completeness, and correctness of the use of Safety Symbols/ Signboards/ Notices/ Warnings/ Cautions announced at different working areas
• Responsible for monthly and weekly report
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements

Requirements
• 5+years Oil and Gas or Petrochemical safety experience in progressive positions or equivalent operational experience
• Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills
• Verbal and written communication skill in English
