Objective
• Maintaining and developing safety working environment at the factory.

Responsibility
1. Safety
• Assist the safety officer with health and safety monitoring activities
• Provide general support and assistance to safety officer
• Assist the safety officer to ensure that safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly reported, safety inspections and risk assessment
• Co-ordinate the development of health and safety policies, system of work and procedures
• Any other reasonable duties which may be required by safety officer by time to time.
2. Document
• Prepare and maintain variety of departmental records, reports and check lists.
• Supporting to Safety Officer for maintain records of UA/UC and Near miss reports
• Supporting ensure departmental compliance of ISO 9001:2015 regulations.
• Supporting to Safety Officer for PPE control system, PPE stock and PPE issue.
3. Health
• Provide first aid service in the event of emergency that require such actions.
• Provide physical checking for health of employees at clinic.
• Keep abreast of changes in first aid techniques, practices and legislation by attending regular update or briefing sessions as required.
• Require staff to complete an incident report for all work related injuries and ensure that all first aid treatments are documented.
• Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with company policies and procedures
• Investigate and complete the process for close out of all accident investigation reports and prepare submit lessons learned to the HSE lead for promulgation to the management

4. Having authorization to implement SHE policy.
Working Environment
Time in the office: 50%
Time in the workshop: 50%

Working Relationship
Internal: All departments in factory.

External: MJTD HSE Department, Fire Fighting, police.

Requirements


Bachelor’s /HSE Certified is preferred.
Minimum 1-year experiences in related position.
