 Safety Officers are responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing company's employee safety at work.

 Main duty is to ensure that the company is in compliance and adheres to Occupational Health and Safety guidelines.

 Auditing production, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behavior or breaks in regulations. Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations.

 Creating analytical reports of safety data.

 Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe.

 Carrying out post incident analysis.

 Establishing workplace safety and health committees.

 Knowledge of decontamination procedures.

 Knowledge of good safety practices.

 Developing emergency procedures.

 Ability to maintain effective work relationships with people from all social backgrounds.

 Compile safety programs.

 Practice safe working techniques.

 Implement and maintain health and safety standards.

 Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.

 Maintain compliance of all safety regulations.

 Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.

 Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent.

 Identify hazardous waste and disposal of it correctly.

- Any bachelor degree.
- Valid competency certificates.
- Strong communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in this position.
