Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Reports to Project Safety Manager
- Familiarizes staff through induction training and familiarization tours
- Monitors adherence to Company policies, rules, and procedures as per Project HSE Plan and client
requirement
- Identifies unsafe practices and conditions through daily work-site inspections, and Safety compliance
- Communicates HSE matters to project staff through safety meetings, toolbox meetings, safety
briefings
- Support incident investigation process, corrective/preventive action plans
- Prepares weekly Project Safety Report and Submit to Project Manager & Safety Manager
- Conduct regular site inspection and identify unsafe act & condition
- Support site audit processes
- Ensure compliance to client HSE requirements at all times

Job Requirements

- Buiding Construction Supervisor Safety course
- Other qualifications / Certifications
- Workplace Safety and Health Course and Environmental control cert NEA will be an added advantage
- Those who can start immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years SHEQ supervisory role preferable in civil and building environment
- Basic knowledge of company's equipment and operational processes
