An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• • Processing of product orders.
• Processing invoices for all sales transactions
• Checking sales and cost prices and report daily
• Ensure all contracts supply are up to date
• Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team
• Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives
• Communicating internally important feedback from customers
• Processing staff timesheets – promoters Seafood Market + R Chef and others in future
• Managing communication with purchaser and suppliers
• Create sales orders and sales invoices and liaise with Sales and Account Department to ensure all payments receivables from customers are up to date and reported in the format provided by Company
• Collect data about complaint and report from sales people

Job Requirements

Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
