Job Description :

• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for products
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
• Lead a Marketing team to develop and achieve or exceed the sales targets set.
• Review contract with consignment counter and proposal in accordance to customer’s requirements.
• Manage and generate responses to queries, and to follow up on sales leads, sales orders and deliveries.
• Develop and maintain customer relationship and foster relationships with customers.
• Reporting on activities towards targets and daily sale target to the company directors
• Putting together a content marketing strategy for the company
• Manage the Sales & Marketing function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
• Performs sales activities on accounts and negotiates the sales price and discounts in consultation with manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
• Manage the monthly eyelash training and monitorized the all of customer’s requirements .
• Monthly monitor the consignment counter and follow the audit firm for all consignment counters.

Job Requirements

• Any graduate -Must have (5) years experiences in Sales & Marketing Field.
• More preferable experience in beauty and cosmetics..
• Good communication skill and good English skill.
• Good computer skills in MS Office and able to use email.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities at a strategic and functional level.
• Strategic thinking, Strong Analytical Skills.
• Can be search new Sales & Market Information.
• Lead and manage well the marketing team.
