Training development-Prepare the training materials including how to identify the student needs, provide counselling services to students to select the course, new product presentation training, career planning and study plan skills, and conduct such trainings for sales team, co-ordinating all works including event planning, facebook, sales plan, staffing in achieve the target. -Continuously improve the training based on the feedback and discussion in sales meeting. -Identify key areas for improvement and implement the necessary changes-Identify the need of students and build productive long lasting relationshipsTarget management-Achieve the sales target set by the CEO and lead the Sales Team and ensure they achieve set sales targets-Ensure all KPIs are met that concern Sales, Student support and care-Manage your diary ensuring that all necessary phone calls and appointments are carried out on timeInternal communication and team work -Strongly co-ordinate all events and activities, facebook post, logistics of speakers, schedule of design completion and reporting the status to CEO in a timely manner.-Provide management reports relating to your activity and sales progress to CEO. Design, develop, maintain, and circulate timely and accurate reports tracking and monitoring all Centre KPIs and progress made towards achieving targets-Act as a liaison between Student and the Service team.-Work with Human Resources to develop systems that support retention and place colleagues in a position to excel-Contribute the idea to marketing team and management to implement the promotion activities and advertisement. -Gather the information of students’ need to the lecturer and curriculum team to strength the curriculum to achieve the student’s study goal.-Deliver the student’s want to develop a new product and pricing.Customer services-Deal with any issues or problems that may arise and ensure these are addressed to student’s satisfaction-Responsible for the overall look and feel of the Centre ensuring it is warm, welcoming, tidy and cleanCoaching and staffing-Motivate and coach Centre staff to provide excellent results and service-Maintain and expand sales & customer database within assigned territory
Understanding of core sales principles: sales pipeline, forecasts, planning and techniquesUnderstanding of or sales experience within education sectorProfessional sales qualification, or degree in Business/MarketingStrong marketing activities co-ordination skills and experience7+ years sales experience and 5+ years Sales Management Experience in service sectorFluency in written and spoken Myanmar and EnglishStrong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel Positive thinking and energetic to lead the sales team.
