• Daily Sales to customers & follow up for customers. ( Wholesales )• Daily Sales follow up from each stations & Head Office. Order demand for mobile sales.• Daily Report to direct for wholesales by price, litre & issued point (Depo) & arragement.• Daily Report to Dierctor for wholesale price & retail price before 10:30 AM & after-noon check for price change.• Recieving data from all station's complaints, price negonitiation, customer require-ments, feedback & report to director.• Prepare for contract of new customers (especially credit) & follow up for remaining customers.• Make appointments for customers co.operate with marketing team for sales & marketing customer's situation.• Daily follow up for debtors & ask & plan for cash collection for cash collection For Cash- department ( All Wholesales & mobile )• Weekly report to BOD for sales Assement & Progress Notes.• Follwup for wholesales customer's according to their frequency & demand. Also check for their sale limit & credit amont.• Monthly plan for new customer's ( wholesales ) for whole country & report for monthly plan of marketing for wholesales & customer utilization frequency chart & follow up if not purchase & report reason.• Monthly take customer feedback & summerize report b/f 10th of the month.• Check for all sale invoices customer receipt & fully filled up. delivery order notes for all wholesales. ( invoice number, quantity, gain/min )
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, A degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration or any related field. Those with MBA will be an added advantage.• Required language(s): English (Fair) • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.• Currently in a management position • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing.communications and public relations activities.• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.• Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with media.• Able to think strategically and manage multiple initiatives.• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.•Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams. •Applicants must be willing to work in Yangon or Sometimes reginal Township mayanmar.
