- Prepare Plan for Short and Long term about the related products.
- Market penetrate about the BMS and search to suppliers and customers.
- Analysis about the suppliers and build to relationship.
- Planning for Promotion.
- Select the cost-effective material and prepare the quotation.
- Able to convince the customer based on the selected products, Tender Spec, design the System and select cost effective products.
- Manage the Project cost effectively and in time and prepare for the Project Costing.
- Lead to the project team.
- Technical Support and provide the training for Subordinate from Suppliers as a when necessary.
- All related products and knowledge depend on Program Logic Control, SCADA, VSD and BMS controlling products.

Job Requirements

- Age must be over (40) years
- BE/ME EC and any experience related fields in BMS.
- At Least 10 years in related fields and good understanding in PLC programme and SCADA shooting.
Can use in Computerized and Power Point. Presentation skill, Interpersonal skill. Leadership skill. Negotiation skill. Communication skill and English Skill (report writing and presentation).
