Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Seek to maximize properties sale and rental income, set goals
- Achieve Land and Properties sale by promotional and networking events
- Achieve Dormitory and Shop House rental occupancy by advertising, filling vacancies, conducting tours, drafting lease documentation, negotiating lease agreements and enforcing lease terms
- Coordinate between customer and authority for required approval and documentations
- Promote property through marketing initiatives
- Researching potential target industries and customers
- Maintain social media presence at property level and at a corporate level
- Maintain accurate information on company website
- Prepare marketing expenses and develop annual forecasts
- Visually inspect interior and exterior of properties according to regular schedule, daily, weekly, monthly
- Provide sale and rental rate recommendations by surveying local rental rates; forecast expenses, and profit goals
- Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, coordinating repairs, assist in planning renovations

-Degree Holder
- Fluent in English
- Must have min 3 year Experience in Sale & Marketing Field
- Prefer to have management experience
- Computer literate (MS Office ,Email & Internet)
