Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Focus on developing the brand’s financial performance, image and positioning compared to competitors
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and annual sales forecasts for all brand-related products
• Prepare purchase orders for all brand-related products and request approval from Directors of Sales & Marketing
• Set monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets for all brand-related products with Directors of Sales & Marketing
• Collaborate with Channel Sales Managers to set all-brand related products’ sales targets by volume, SKU and customer account across all sales channels
• Prepare and present monthly reports to the principals; includes sales data, salesmen performance, outlet performance, issues, feasible solutions and deep analysis and evaluation of sales performance
• Collaborate with Marketing team to set marketing budgets for all brand-related products
• Monitor all channels’ sales data activities daily and provide feedback to Channel Sales Managers; sales data and activities include sales, stock balance, customer information, customer feedback, issues and concerns
• Monitor all brand-related product inventory weekly
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with both principals and customers
• Receive product knowledge from principals and sequentially provide product knowledge training to the remainder of the sales channels and customers as required
• Hold quarterly meetings with Global Silk Road Distribution Products Sales Team to evaluate sales performance and present monthly sales review with issues and possible solutions included
• Verify and approve Global Silk Road Distribution Products Sales Team’s and other related expenses and determine profit and loss margins
• Calculate Global Silk Road Distribution Products Sales Team’s monthly sales incentives
• Monitor and manage marketing and branding activities for all brand-related products
• Survey and compile competitor information, current market situation and future trends and insights
• Attend events when required
• Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the Company
• Perform other related duties and required of the Sales Department
• Follow instructions from and report to the National Sales Manager and Directors of Sales & Marketing

Job Requirements

- Must be Graduate
- Must Be Honest and Integrity
- At least Minimum 5 years of experience in management level in Sale & Marketing, Marketing or Sales Fields of Consumer Good Industry
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge and understanding of the business and industry, including product categories and channels
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge in marketing planning, market research and demand forecasting
- Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills
