*Assisting agreeing service levels, contracts and costs
*confirming customer names with airlines/hotels for ticket booking
*collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to b2b customer feedback
*handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets
*Communicating with clients for necessary documents

Job Requirements

*Bachelor Degree
*Other qualifications of business related will be advantage
Good knowledge of customer service and reservation
*Working day is Monday to Friday (Saturday is half)
*Working hour is 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM
*Better have experience in related field
*English (Upper-intermediate) or Japanese N3 is preferable
