• To secure customer orders and delivery schedule.
• Daily meeting with the sales team in every morning.
• Monitor Sales Plan and Sales Reporting by weekly/ daily.
• To develop market share in assigned sales territory.
• Monitor competitors act on price, product and distribution.
• Establish sales and objective, strategy, plans, budget and policies.
• Maintain sales and marketing database and files
• Monitoring delivery product to customers.
• Monitor loss sales and customer feedback and follow-up.
• To share the knowledge not only product but also another
• To support salesman (negotiation with customer to get deal)
• To check & analyze market & customer demand reviewing.
