Responsibilities• Drive Sales Team efficiency, effectiveness and Motivation- Develop and drive Sales tools (DMS, etc.) for improving team efficiency and effectiveness- The frontline sales team (focusing on Sales Reps, ASE, Sales Supervisor, etc.) daily productivity /Performance monitoring- Lead initiatives for driving the frontline sales team engagement and morale through initiatives like Internal Competition Program/ Monthly & Quarterly engagement, etc.- Right target setting principles, review and tracking policy and process- Upgrade and develop DT SR recruitment model, work with the area sales management team to monitor and upgrade DT SR recruitment model• Sales excellence- Enhance the frontline sales team capability by the appropriate training and on-job coaching. Working with Sales Training Manager to develop and optimize the frontline sales team training mechanism- Learn & Share - Best practices & Guided Selling sharing across the sales team• Lead & drive sales systems initiatives- Working with other departments (e.g. IT, HR, etc.) to develop, maintain the sales system like Sales Force Automation (SFA), DMS, sales force performance evaluation methods and system- Drive implementation of key sales IT initiatives both local areas and nation wide- Continuous monitoring and improvement of Distributor Sales Force Automation system (i.e. DMS)- Participate in all Sales-related technical projects and the point of contact for the IT Department on all Sales IT related areas.• Sales processes & Communication - Supports in sales policies and procedures formulation and implementation (e.g. incentive program and customer service guidelines)- Provides accurate, realistic and prompt sales team performance analysis reports to sales management for business performance review as well as sales strategy development.
• Bachelor degree in Business, Commercial, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics is preferred.• 4+ years’ sales analyst or marketing analyst experience in FMCG, beverage or food industry preferred.• Solid experience in sales operation and data analyst function.• Self-motivated, responsive.• Fluentness in using Excel for data process and analysis, mastery of the function of pivot table, graph, formulation and other functions
