Training development
Prepare the training materials including how to identify the student needs, provide counselling services to students to select the course, new product presentation training, career planning and study plan skills, and conduct such trainings for sales team.
Continuously improve the training based on the feedback and discussion in sales meeting.
Identify key areas for improvement and implement the necessary changes
Identify the need of students and build productive long lasting relationships

Job Requirements

Target management
Achieve the sales target set by the Centre Director and lead the Sales Team and ensure they achieve set sales targets
Ensure all KPIs are met that concern Sales, Student support and care
Manage your diary ensuring that all necessary phone calls and appointments are carried out on time
Customer services
Deal with any issues or problems that may arise and ensure these are addressed to student’s satisfaction
Responsible for the overall look and feel of the Centre ensuring it is warm, welcoming, tidy and clean

Job Requirements
Understanding of core sales principles: sales pipeline, forecasts, planning and techniques
Understanding of or sales experience within education sector

Professional sales qualification, or degree in Business/Marketing
Strong marketing activities co-ordination skills and experience
7+ years sales experience and 5+ years Sales Management Experience in service sector
Fluency in written and spoken Myanmar and English
Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Positive thinking and energetic to lead the sales team.
Age 26-40 years old
