• Be able to concentrate for a long period, handle pressure with a high sense of confidentiality
• Knowledge in Distribution Management System.
• Sales routes, Sales Plan, Sales Target must be point out before proceeding.
• Monthly sales review and data analysis must be point out to GM and proceed accordingly to his decision.
• Must cooperate with other relevant department/sections to work as a team.
• Must be fluent in speaking and communication with customers.
• Able to understand the market needs and implement the necessary changes.
• Able to proceed through company rules and regulations.
• Motivate the sales persons and increase their targets base on monthly calculation.
• Build and promote the products and sustain long lasting customer relationship.
• Lead and motivate team to achieve success
• Responsible for meeting team sales targets

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate and more preferable is Sales Management Diploma
- Must have at least 5 years of experiences in sales management.
- Computer, Email & Internet must be skillfully used (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc ..)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Can work under pressure and team
- Can build good relationship with customers.
