Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

a) To promote low-voltage electrical and mechanical main distribution switchboards,
distribution boards and industrial control panels in the Sales Department.
b) To organize and conduct sales activities to achieve sales objectives.
c) To outsource, detect and follow up on projects.
d) To co-operate and co-ordinate with relevant company departments/sections for providing
technical supports and commercial proposals to potential customers.
e) To actively gather market and key competitors information for sales strategy.
f) To communicate clients, consecutively, to ensure for timely collection of receivables from
sales, in co-ordination with Accounting Department.
g) Good and prudent promotion of company products to customers, professionally and
effectively.
h) Maintaining and strengthening consecutive and good relations with current and potential
customers. Especially after-sale relationship for effective timely collection of receivables
and also for future opportunities.
i) Updating of latest market and competitors information for sales forecasts and production
trends.
j) Setting up of company effective marketing & sales strategy and implementation,
domestically and internationally.
k) Contents and practices of presentations, slideshows, brochures, exhibition, marketing events
to introduce company and its products to the market, technically and commercially.
l) Assistance to Board of Directors in setting up sales targets, marketing policy and strategy,
for both domestic and international markets.
m) Other works within his/her capability, requested and/or not spelt out by the Board of
Directors, for company interests and smooth operations.

Job Requirements

a) Diploma or university degree in Sales & Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Business
Administration. Possessing knowledge in electrical network system is an advantage.
b) Age from 25 up, professional business manner, at least 03 years of working experience in
promoting electrical distribution and/or industrial electrical control products to Panel
Builders, and relevant fields.
c) Good interpersonal relationships and communication skills, strong presentation skills and
ability to work under pressure. Possessing ability to work independently in a challenging and
demanding environment. Possessing team-work organizing and management skills.
d) Good connection with project owners, developers, M&E consultants and contractors are
definite advantage.
e) Healthy, neat, smart dressing, honesty, trustworthy and careful at work. Possessing happy,
good working attitude, customer-oriented mindset and ability to travel on long and far from
home business trips.
f) Resourceful, outgoing and a team player, pleasant personality, open-minded.
g) Computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express, Power Point, AutoCAD and others
utility software) and English literacy (C level up or mastering English speaking, writing and
listening comprehension)
h) Possess own transport will be advantageous.
