- စျေးကွက်သုသေတနများ ၊ စျေးကွက်ဆိုင်ရာ အကြောင်းအရာများကို
အမြဲမပြတ် လေ့လာစောင်ကြည့်ပြီး Plan များရေးဆွဲ အကောင်အထည် ဖော်နိုင်ရမည်။

- မိမိ၏ အပတ်စဉ် ၊ လစဉ် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်မည့်
ကိစ္စများကို လက်တွေ့ကျသော Plan & Report လုပ်ပြီး အထက်သို့ ပေးပို့ရမည်။

- ကျောင်း၏ လက်ရှိ Customers များ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များ ၊ အခြေအနေ နှင့် feedback များကို အမြဲလေ့လာနေပြီး ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ
ပြုလုပ်ပေးရပါမည်။

- ကျောင်း၏ Sale Plan များကို ရေးဆွဲပြီး လက်တွေ့အကောင်အထည်ဖော် လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။

- နေ့စဉ် Competitors Marketing Activities များကို လေ့လာပြီး မိမိလုပ်ငန်းများတွင် ပြန်လည်အသုံးချနိုင်သည့် Plan များရေးဆွဲပြီး

Marketing Team နဲ့အတူ ဆွေးနွေးတိုင်ပင် အကောင်အထည် ဖော်ရပါမည်။

- ကျောင်း၏ Customers Services Team နဲ့ တွဲဖက်ပြီး ကျောင်းသားသစ်ရရှိရေးကို Weekly & Monthly Plan များရေးဆွဲပြီး
အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။

- Digital Marketing နဲ့ ပက်သက်သော အကြောင်းအရာများကိုလည်း
ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်လာစေရန် ပူးပေါင်းအကြံပေး လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။

- Sale & Marketing Activities များကိုလည်း အပတ်စဉ် လစဉ် အကောင်အထည် ဖော်မည့်ကိစ္စများကိုလည်း Birtix 24 မှ တစ်ဆင့်
Marketing Team သို့လည်း ပေးပို့ဖော်ပြပေးရမည်။

- Idea ကောင်းများ စဉ်းစားခြင်း နှင့် စနစ်တကျ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရန်
Data Base တစ်ခုတည်ဆောက်ပြီး မှတ်တမ်းတင်ထားရမည်။

Job Requirements

🔶 ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ပြီး Certificate (or) Diploma in Sale & Marketing လက်မှတ်ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
🔶 အသက် (၂၃နှစ် မှ ၃၀နှစ်) အတွင်းရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
🔶 Education နယ်ပယ်တွင် Sale & Marketing အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ပိုဦးစားပေးမည်။
🔶 သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၃) နှစ်ရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
🔶 အခြေခံလစာမှာ (၅၀၀,၀၀၀) ကျပ်ဖြစ်ပြီး Performance Incentive များလည်းခံစားခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။
ပညာရေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုဖြစ်သဖြင့်တစ်လအနည်းဆုံး စာအုပ်(၄)အုပ် ဖတ်ရှုလေ့လာပြီး လက်တွေ့ပြန်လည် အသုံးချနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
