Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- As a document controller for the sales department and handling filing and paper works
- Prepare quotations/invoices and sending out to customers
- Making cold calls to customers and follow up the quotation status
- Liaise with sales person and related departments for the order process
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report and submit to Manager
- Data entry to SAP system

Job Requirements

-Any graduate
-More preferable experience in Furniture and Design Field.
-English language proficiency would be beneficial
-Good computer skills in MS Office
-Good communication skill.
-Understanding of SAP would be beneficial
