Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

 Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing documents, communicating relevant information and the distribution of any sales documentation.
 Store or sort financial and non-finical data in electronic form and present report.
 Excellent communication and customer service skills enabling to successfully contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries.
 Collaborative skills needed to liaise with the Logistics department to confirm timely deliveries.
 Contribute support to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
 Responds to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when needed.
 Receive order from customer, create trip request and confirm with sales in charge, send that to fleet department then receive trip plan from them and reply that to the customer.
 Daily market data collection and analyzing works including but not limited to market price, competitor information, customer contact, etc.,
 Assist the Manager to organize pipeline and other report effectively, perform as secretary in the commercial meeting. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management time to time.
 Assist in the preparing and organization of promotional material or events.
 Ensure adherence to laws and policies.

Required Qualification
 Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Access)
 Experience with analysis and online advertising.
 Organize and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
 Purpose driven and able to work under pressure.
 Proficiency in English for business communication.
 Passionate, hard worker and well-organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask
 Efficient time management and planning skills.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skill and Interpersonal skill.
 Fast learner and passion for sales coordinator.
 Hands-on with supply chain network.
 Ability to meet deadlines.
 Self-Starter who is proactive and motivated.
 Well-organized and responsible with an attitude in problem solving.

 A team player with high level of dedication.

 Proven experiences in sales; experiences as a sales coordinator or in the other administrative position will be considered a plus.
