Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Prepare documents (ie. PO, DO, Invoices and Inventory).
- Must check the sales price / FOC / discount / incentive in which related to product PO.
- Must cross check the stock with warehouse before invoice issue .
- Support to Sales team and account team
- Assisting enquiries by escalating to the relevant Sales personnel.
- Providing administrative support for Aftersales team activities.
- Monthly sales report area-wise/outlet-wise/channel-wise.

- Bachelor Degree.
- Able to use advanced excel (or) Accounting Software.
- Able to communicate in English fluently.
- Minimum 3 years of Sales Admin experiences.
- Skills : MS Office ( Excel, PPT, Words), communication and presentation
- Personality: Creative, Honest, Hard Working and passionate
- Age above 28
