• အေရာင္းစီမံခ်က္ႏွင့္ လက္၀ယ္ရွိ လက္ရွိကုန္ပစၥည္းပမာဏထြက္သြားသည့္ ကုန္စာရင္းႏွင့္ လိုအပ္လ်ွင္ ကုန္ပစၥည္းသက္တမ္းကုန္ဆံုးရက္တို႔ကိုပါ ရွင္းလင္းတင္ျပျခင္း။
• Stock in/ Stock out မ်ားကို ၾကည့္၍ သက္ဆိုင္ရာ အေရာင္းမန္ေနဂ်ာမ်ားႏွင့္ ဆက္သြယ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။
• Customer မ်ား ၊ Sales Department ၊ Delivery Department ၊ Sales & Marketing Department မ်ားႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ေသာ Customer Complaint မ်ားအား ေျဖရွင္းေပးရန္။
• ရရန္ရွိ္ေသာ ေၾကြးျမီႏွင့္ ဆိုင္းငံ့စာရင္းတို႔ကို ေငြစာရင္းဌာနသို႔ စိစစ္တင္ျပျခင္း။
• သိုေလွာင္သည့္ ကုန္ပမာဏသည္ ေရာင္းခ်ရန္မလံုေလာက္ေတာ့လ်ွင္ သက္ဆိုင္ရာ မန္ေနဂ်ာမ်ားအား သတင္းပို႔တင္ျပျခင္း။
• ရံုးခြဲမွ ပစၥည္းအျမန္လိုသည့္အခါ ယင္းပစၥည္းမ်ား ပို႔ေဆာင္ေပးႏိုင္ရန္ စီစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
• ရံုးခြဲမွ ျပန္လည္ေပးပို႔သည့္ လုပ္ထံုးလုပ္နည္းကို စီစဥ္ေရးဆြဲခ်မွတ္ျခင္း။
