Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

- Ensure sufficient information is gathered from Sales Consultants, and documented on each customer contracts
- After approval from the Management issue a contract between the Company and the customer
- Issue and record receivables from customers on a daily basis
- Responsible on hire purchase and vehicle insurance process
- Collate and prepare required documentation in order to register vehicles with the authorities
- Issue invoice, cash receipt, delivery confirmation letter (DCL) and hand over memo (HOM) in connection with vehicle sales
- Maintain customer database to ensure all data are up to date
- Collate required documents, create and maintain regarding each sales
- Ensure relevant documents in connection with sales & delivery are handed over to the customer
