Job Descriptions

• Supervise to administration of Yangon Sales Admin Section to go smooth and running under set procedures.
• Support administrative requirements to SAM by providing sales daily, monthly data and information to meet set target.
• Supervise for deliver / issue of pack type & draught stock to LM region according to their demand avoiding stock shortage at distributors & draught outlets.
• Supply enough stock to Delta, Costal & NPT and Magway region draught outlet ensures to meet demand.
• Supervise smooth and proper run JDE & ACCPAC system by order entry at brewery, YGN warehouse for further process.
• Collect information and sales data from all required sources by communicating and support to SAE.
• Monitor to YGN depot stock level and communication with warehouse person.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Any University Degree, Certified or Diploma in accounting course is advantage.
• Minimum 3 year experiences in related filed.
• Computer literate with Microsoft office applications.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good communication skills and data analytical skills with knowledge of financing concept.
• Good negotiation skill and customer service knowledge.
• Able to work in extended hours as required.
