• Organise and track all orders taken by SE & SR to insure accuracy and quality service
• Follow up pending orders and align with cross-functional team to process
• Ensure Customer Master Data Accuracy
• Assist in Sales Promotion Activities
• Assist sales team for route, target and POS track/prepare as per Carlsberg standard SOP and/or enter into Carlsberg system
• Assist Sales Team with report to track sales performance, inventory (FG + Empty), price, customer level management, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales and short-term reports
• Assist in sales team incentive calculation
• Track stock levels at the distributor
• Track distributor payments
• Track POS stocks and usage
• Track outlet contracts, compliance and payments
• Align with functional team and cross-functional team to ensure smooth business operation and execution.
