Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Provide administrative support to department head and sales team in department operation
- Process paper work, documentation and contract preparation
- Check accuracy of documents submitted by sales team as per standard procedures
- Work closely with other departments
- Update sales figures, prepare and present reports
- Serves as the point of contact for sales representatives who are out in the field meeting clients and making sales.
- Keep track of sales calls, convey information from management, coordinate calendars, and assist with travel arrangements
- Ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

- Any graduate
- Proven experience as sales admin or sales support
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Must be detail oriented
- Good command of English
- Well versed in ERP/CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
