Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- to answer sales incoming call
- to call to potential customers
- to arrange meeting with prospects and existing customers
- to do payment work with existing customers, payment follow up, invoice and receipt follow up
- to make a record for sales call and follow up
- to handle and arrange customer's site visit
- to communicate with government office Thilawa SEZ Management Committee (TSMC) and handle all administrative work concerning with TSMC
- to communicate with government offices and investors if necessary
- to understand sales administrative works
- to do initial sales or leasing or renting of Dormitory rooms, shop house and land
- to understand about Thilawa SEZ and products in Thilawa Property Development
- to participate events and trade fair if necessary

- - to report to head of department everyday task and duty

- University graduate
- English Language skill
- Computer Literacy ( Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good personality and communication skill
- quick learner
- any certificate or diploma in Sales and Marketing is preferable
