-Supervise day-to-day operations in the Sales & customer service department.
-Developing new clients by contacting potential clients.
-Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
-Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions..
-Hire and train new customer service agents.
-Manage the approved budget of the Sales & customer service department.
-Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.

Job Requirements

Must have Minimum 5 years experience in B2B sales.
Must have minimum 3 years Sales experience in Logistics & suppl chain industry.
Must be able to communicate in English for business purposes.
Prefer to have Sales & Marketing Diploma (or) Supply Chain Management Diploma.
