Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Monitor and support daily sales by region, by branch and by SKUs
• Assess, review and report distributor/dealer sales performance on monthly basis
• Calculate, on quarterly basis, the distributor incentive scheme
• Coordinate with branches and logistics sales orders & actual delivery by providing delivery reports
• Ensuring the effectiveness & efficiency of distributions across the regions
• Identify operational areas of improvement between distributor & HEINEKEN Myanmar
• Generate Credit management reports per distributor/dealer to SDM
• Support, where applicable, SDM with the delivery plan/transport permits
• Support the implementation of RTM by generating business cases, contracts, etc.
• Generate draught beer sales reports including kegs
• Support the training preparations and logistics
• Follow and comply with Life Saving Rules

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree preferably related to Business Management
• 3 to 5 years in Sales administration and Planning in FMCG
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Drive results and problem resolution skills
• High sense of urgency
• Analytical skills
• Planning and time management skills
• Ability to communicate complex data in a simple way
• Transfer knowledge skills
• Myanmar language is a must
• Business proficiency in English
