Require position:
Sales and Marketing General Manager 1 Post

Report to: COO/CEO
To develop and execute brand marketing and promotional programs that support brand growth and promote sales
This position is responsible for increasing target consumer awareness, sales growth as well as increasing market share through customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop marketing and sales tools and effective brand positioning in the market to raise customer awareness and profitable sales.
Plan and oversee the delivery of all marketing and brand activities across all channels
Ensure all brand and marketing activities are delivered within a strategy, budget and deadline.
Commission market research and intelligence to support the strategic direction of the proposition development, the marketing activities, competitive analysis, consumer segmentation and consumer insight development.
Develop annual marketing budget and Ensures efficient spending of brand and marketing budget

Job Requirements

Functional Skills and knowledge area:

Qualifications :
Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing or related field.
At least more than six years of relevant experience with sales and marketing experiences.

Interpersonal Skills:
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent Communication Skills with proficiency in English & Burmese language
