► Monitor sales team performance and coach them to enhance their productivity to achieve sales target.

► Perform SWOT analysis and recommend appropriate strategic decisions to Sales Manager / Top Management.

► Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.

► Review the sale performance and support to Sales and Marketing manager.

► Manage to Area Distribution to be growth.

► Consulting to the customer to understand the product.

► Bachelor degree with Marketing Diploma or Master Degree.

► Over 4 years of similar working experiences included 2 years experiences in Manager post.

► Must be have in construction material product field above 2 years.

► Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams.

► Fluent in English.

► Ability to work under pressure and time constraint to meet deadlines and accurate.
