Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Sales of company's products in line with the company policy
- Arrange appointment with Interior Designers & Architects and End users
- Submit quotation, follow-up and record feedback of customers
- Actively striving for best practices in customer satisfaction
- Setting daily targets and monitoring performance
- Oversee and drive project sale activity
- Achieve the quarter target
- Being Aware of Market conditions and trends and customer network
- Sales progressing deals to completion and dealing with difficult customers on behalf of team
- Ensuring all viewing are followed up
- Communicate with Major Architects, Interior Decoration Designers
- Devise strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets
- Map potential customers and generate leads
- Maintaining and improving relationships with existing clients
- Responsibilities will include but not limited to conducting technical seminars and technical Sales & Marketing support
- A track record in successfully driving sales of company's products

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree (Engineering knowledge will be advantage)
- Knowledge of MS office, Internet, email
- Able to communicate in English
- Ability to lead & motivate team members
- Able to work with teams, independently, with people from all levels, aggressive and passionate about sales.
- Possess time management, organizational & negotiation skills
- Preferably worked in Project Sales Environment
