Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through a cold call, networking, and all possible channels
- Identifying and targeting new customer with opportunities
- Organizing sales visit
- Developing & maintaining a strong relationship with Architects, Developer, Contractors within the construction industry
- Knowing the market situation and creating own selling strategy
- Regularly site check, shop drawing approves for civil works before installation
- Preparing market activities report and competitor's data and submitting to the manager
- Preparing quotation, following up, negotiation and closing of offer and contract terms
- Managing every element of the sales process
- Recording and Maintaining client data
- Coordinating with the internal customer in the organization
- Ensure timely supervise of customer complaints and other relevant claims

Job Requirements

- Any graduated (Bachelor of Engineering degree holder is more prefer)
- Experience as a sale and marketing executive or relevant role
- Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Proficiency in spoken Chinese language
- Ability to travel
- Experience with customer relationship
