• Market product/services by developing and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee the program planning for campaign management, tactical execution, and promotions and manage events and content.
• Develop marketing campaigns across press, web, social media, email, as well as events and other activities.
• Position and launch advertising of product/services to customers. Ensure that all product/services features and benefits are clearly articulated to customers and sales teams.
• Work with external parties on planning and executing promotional events.
• Write communications and assist with product documentation.
• Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information and relaying customer services requests.
• Maintain social media feeds.
• Prepare reports and analytics on marketing programs.
• Monitor budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.

Job Requirements

• University Degree (Business/Economics/Computer Science)
• 2 years of work experience
• Previous experience in a similar role

• Skills in the following: Direct Marketing, Market Segmentation, Market Research, Coordination, Project Management, Reporting Research Results, Understanding the Customer, Process Improvement, Initiative, Planning.
• Ability to plan and organise
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Ability to anticipate potential challenges/issues and engage relevant parties in resolving issues
• Ability to gather information
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
• Organised customer-focused and detail oriented
