● Keep in touch with old customers in order to achieve their repeat buying
●Searching the potential or new client by marketing
●Handling the complete sales process
●To achieve monthly sales process
●To achieve monthly sales target
●To collect payment timely and monitoring the debtor ageing closely

●Marketing function
－Market research and analysis(get statistics to analyze,field survey,plan) for each area,each segment
－Competitors research and analysis(price,spec,program,activities,etc.)
－Public Relation (PR)&Advertisement(ATL , BTL)as Distributor (including Webpage,FB updating)
－CSR Activities in association with MD,GM and related personnel

●Dealer Development function
－Find candidate for dealer,agent,cooperative workshop in each region
－Dealer audit (check investment,organization,activities/SOP,are proper or not)

Job Requirements

●Must have at least 2 years experiences in related field.(Especially of selling Building Materials, Machinery)
●Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
●Must be able to travel and work in assigned branches an area
●Must be able to communicate with English / Chinese Language.Can communicate with Chinese is more preferable.
●Good Working knowledge on－MS office (Excel, Word& Powerpoint) & Other digital processing software
●Not must, but good to have：Basic Analytical skill, Translation（English<>Chinese<>Myanmar）
●Age not exceeding 45 years.
