• Customer complained by Dormitory
• Prepare monthly dormitory occupancy list
• Remind extension contract to customer
• Contact all clients to develop business leads
• Prepare shop house document to Senior Executive
• Form C prepare
• Document all client-contract
• Follow and maintain the Sales and Marketing standards and policy
• Receive inquiry calls and assist the customers to meet their satisfaction for their reservation
• Prepare daily report of Sales & Marketing activities and sales result and submit to Department Head

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate for Marketing management is preferred
• English Conversational level
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales and marketing field
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities at a strategic and functional level
• MS Office computer skills and awareness of web reporting will be advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraint to meet deadlines and accurate.
