Tasks
- Develop B2B Sales Strategy
- Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Implement the inside/outside sales and marketing activities
- Handling the customer complain and develop Customer Database
- Monitor, analyze and take accountability for performance affecting improvements in sales/revenue growth, sales productivity, sales quality and optimization of customer satisfaction.
- Report regularly to Manager and provide detailed reporting of Sales KPI.
- Collaborate with related department
- Monitor and track adherence to productivity, attendance, daily expectations and provide feedback
- Implementing the project in timeline
- Report regularly to Magager and provide detailed reporting of Sales KPI.

Qualifications and requirements
• Any degree or Diploma in Marketing Management
• At least 2 years experiences on B2B Sales
• Sale Skill, Communication Skill, Customer Service Skill,
• Must be Flexible and Persistence
