• Prospecting, qualifying, developing, closing sales opportunities and meeting sales revenue targets• Perform marketing and regular sale calls to current and potential companies/organizations and negotiate best deals• Prepare and review detailed proposals/quotes depending on each customer’s requirements with a quick respond• Set up meeting or appointment for proposal presentation as necessary in a timely manner.• Ensure all sales proposals are followed up to conclusion in a timely manner• Handle customers’ requests for air tickets and outbound packages with a quick respond• Advise clients on travel arrangements, e.g. travel destinations, passport and visas• Keep clients up to date with any changes• Deal with complaints or refunds• Engage consumers on social media• Ensuring smooth operations with Operations Department, managing, responding to and supporting customer requirements in order to ensure that products and services meet their highest level of satisfaction. • Monitor bookings and assist the key accounts and operations team where required.• Maintain strong relationships with local and international companies in Myanmar on an ongoing basis• Develop new partnerships with existing key accounts and other concerned parties on regular basis• Carry out other tasks as may be required from time to time• Manage to provide, concise, timely, accurate requirements for Vietnam market• Prepare and submit plans, budgets, progress reports and weekly sales reports
• Degree in any field or tourism/management degree/diploma is more preferable.• English proficiency is compulsory • Well-verse in PC skills, internet and emails• Strong experience in the field of Sales & Marketing (preferable in the tourism field would be an advantage)• Strong knowledge about International destinations and selling Air Tickets/Outbound travel packages• High degree of customer service with an eye for detail and presentation.• Ability to create and develop good communication with the customers and the team• Able to work independently, being proactive, take responsibility, handle client´s complains;• Outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills• Excellent communicator/negotiator, able to express ideas clearly and enthusiastically• Can do, flexible, proactive attitude must drive for results.• Enjoy traveling and working with people from different cultures.• Ability to work under pressure and short deadlines is a mustPhone : +95 1-530653, +95 9 457800011Email : email@example.comWebsite : www.bmdtravels.com
