Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets set by the Management
2. Sign contract with customers and collect payment (if necessary) by managing services for sale, customer care assigned.
3. Coordinate with technical team for product/service implementation (installation) to ensure that customers can use the service within the guaranteed time-frame.
4. Manage the sales data and make sales reports.
5. Organize and attend events which is related with the company products and services
6. Control and Manage Customer Retaining –
i. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
ii. Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
iii. Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
iv. Letting customers know about other products the company offers.
v. Meeting with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
vi. Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales.
vii. Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
7. Perform other tasks assigned by the leaders.

Job Requirements

1. Any graduate with Sales & Marketing Certificate / Diploma
2. Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing, Sales and related field
3. Good Command in English and presentation skills
4. Must be computer literate and familiar with email, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Presentations.
5. Strong Inter-personal, Selling & Influencing skills
