Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Develop and implement marketing plans for the decorative segment in the Myanmar market
• Perform market segmentation, targeting and positioning for both interior Design and Build
• Prepare annual volume/value sales forecast, and set marketing plans and brand promotion plans
• Prepare market/competitors analysis and other market related reports
• Design and implement suitable communication and media plan to fit our desired position in the market
• Prepare marketing budgets and follow up on marketing investments
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans ( Responsible for setting marketing budget, marketing calendar and events )
- Manage and coordinate all marketing and promotional activities
- Manage and negotiate with key customers (landlord & tenants)
- Develop new customers (landlord & tenants) network
- Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring and forecasting to better understand the market
- Timely feedback customer’s opinions and suggestions and timely report business issues to senior management

Job Requirements

- Myanmar Citizen who has experienced in abroad are eligible to apply
- 5 to 6 years of experienced in Marketing Field and at least 3 to 4 years of experienced in managerial level
- Degree or above holder in Sales & Marketing qualification preferred
- Fluent in English, strong Marketing presences, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft office and knowledge
- Ages between 30 to 35 years old.
