This position reports directly to the CEO of the company and will be part of the senior leadership team.
To provide business development and build market position by executing the Go To Market Strategy and locating, defining and closing business relationship’s across our key target market segments – Banks, MFI’s NGO’s and corporates.

• Develop end-to-end marketing strategy, sales program and sales campaign planning for products and services.
• Develop and maintain senior executive relationships. You will be interacting with C level executives within the customers’ sales, marketing and operations functions and will require executive-level presentation skills.
• Create and implement strategic account plans.
• Manage and own the complete sales relationship and sales cycle.
• Take ownership of any issues that may affect Go Live dates and manage the risk of any slippage.
• Take a lead in promoting industry position with key associates.
• Manage the Go to Market Strategy campaign implementation and ensure it aligns with the sales accounts strategy.
• Work with external parties on planning and executing marketing and branding events.
• Liaise with Operations to ensure continuous post sales messaging and delivery.
• Prepare reports and analytics on marketing and sales programs to present to the Board.
• Monitor budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders on a regular basis.

Job Requirements

• Post Graduate Qualification
• University Degree (Business/Economics/Computer Science)
• 7+ years of work experience
• Previous experience in a similar role is a must

• English and Myanmar language
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Experience in setting sales strategies and driving business through change.
• Successful sales background.
• Full understanding of Market Segmentation, Market Research, Project Management and Reporting Research Results and applying to the market.
• Ability to understand the Customer, and have experience in leading the customer through Process Improvement, Initiative and Planning.
• Organised, customer focused with particular attention to detail and accuracy.
