Sales

Identify and source for new business opportunities and develop existing accounts
Introduce products to architects, designers, engineers and other building professionals
Propose and implement technical solutions and resolve customer issues
Build and maintain rapport with existing and potential clients, architects and other stakeholders
Deliver product presentations
Sales promotion strategy
Sales result from analysis and sales target set up.

Marketing

Identify suitable markets
Analyze market trends and competition
Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned products
Organize participation in exhibitions and product seminars
Propose and implement technical solutions and resolve customer issues
Prepare and present periodical marketing reports. Market penetrating strategy for local market (need to know market changes and demands in time)
Market analysis strategy
Familiar with local distribution network (must know well about the competitors’)
Price strategy (by using survey method or feedbacks from customers)

Degree in Mechanical /Civil Engineering or relevant
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in sales & marketing / façade / building/ construction industry
Technically oriented
Self-motivated, good negotiation and interpersonal skills

Independent and resourceful
3+ Years in a Managerial Role
