Job Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies with the aim to grow the company business in Myanmar.
• Conduct marketing/sales activities to identify and generate new businesses.
• Lead a sales team to develop new accounts and achieve or exceed the sales targets set.
• Review quotation and proposal in accordance to customer’s requirements.
• Manage and generate responses to queries, and to follow up on sales leads, sales orders and deliveries.
• Develop and maintain customer relationship and foster relationships with customers.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Sales & Marketing or Engineering.
• Must have at least 5 to 8 years of sales experience and at least 3 years as a Sales Manager.
• Must have strong knowledge of the lubricant oil and battery products and good networking in the automotive industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining multiple projects/assignments.
• Possess confidence, initiative and high energy or drive as well as able to work independently.
• Must be able to travel within Myanmar.
