• Obtain relevant information on emerging environmental and market trends and identify research requirements, direct research study projects.
• Develop business and marketing strategies, sales forecast, strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Identify new clients for business opportunities in coordination with the Country Manager to ensure competitive advantage.
• Hiring, re-structure (when necessary), training and development, performance evaluation of Commercial team to achieve the highest performance.
• Monitor, manage, evaluate and improve Commercial team and coordinate with other functions in order to achieve maximum performance and results.
• Works to establish long-term sales objectives for customers.
• Prepares annual and long-term sales forecasts for the customers, and develops strategies to achieve objectives in product mix and profitability.
• Serves as management liaison with various Ball international divisions, joint ventures and licensees in formulating sales plans/pricing/forecasts as it relates to common customers.
• Comprehend knowledge on products and be able to convey key message to customers
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory solutions are obtained for both customers and the Company

Job Requirements

• At least Bachelor degree in any field with at least 5 years of work experience in the sales and marketing or commercial field.
• Preferable with the work experience in International organizations.
• Computer literate especially in Microsoft office.
• Good command of English and Myanmar language.
• Understand the nature of the business to business (b2b)
