Sale And Marketing Manager (Lubricants field) (Working place - Hlaing Thar Yar Township)
Position Summary:
We are looking for an organized Sales and Marketing Manager to assist in the advertising
and selling of our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our
company in the market industry. The Sales and Marketing Manager's responsibilities include
generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional
literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource
objectives. The Sales and Marketing Manager represents the company's brand and drives
strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry
trends.
A Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing
opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. The Sales and Marketing
Manager will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform
managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals.
Major Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the
market.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding
consumer requirements, identifying new customers , market trends, and suggesting
system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
Compiling and maintaining a customer database that documents appropriate
customer information and contacts.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Implementing new sales plans , out let & way plan and advertising too.
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams
to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits,
understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Managing relationships with oversea suppliers, vendors, sponsors, internal clients
and community partners
Regularly travelling to regional company sites, meeting area managers and getting
products feedback from them.
Participating in district sales events as well as regional and national distributor trade
shows.
Building brand awareness and positioning.
Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy . evaluating competitors.
Analysing budgets on sale volume , market share , preparing annual budget
plans, collecting sales statistics , scheduling expenditures and ensuring that the
sales team meets their quotas and goals.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications and Skills
MBA (or) Diploma/Degree in Sale & Marketing or any related discipline.
Minimum 5 years experiences consecutively with the position in marketing and
branding
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel)
Excellent interpersonal skills with fluent in English and Myanmar; both written and
oral
Strong in problem solving, communication, analytical and organization skills, with
pleasant demeanour and ability to work under tight timelines.
Ability to impact sales through coaching, counselling, and influencing others to
accomplish desired outcomes.
Skilful in making decisions, presentations & discussion in business meeting and using
internet & email communicate with oversea suppliers.
