Job Description
-Develop operational sales plans with clear priorities and guidelines to Sales Teams
-Develop and build relationships with customers to achieve business objectives.
-Receive product knowledge from principals and sequentially provide product knowledge training to the remainder of the sales channels and customers as required
- Prepare and present monthly reports to the principals; includes sales data, salesmen performance, outlet performance, issues, feasible solutions and deep analysis and
evaluation of sales performance
- Manage reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts. Propose areas for customer base expansion based on market knowledge
- Monitor and manage marketing and branding activities for all products
- Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and the proper inventory management for assigned businesses/territories
- Expand customer network and ensure to meet the sales target
- Monitor competition by gathering current market information.
- Provide the performance review and suggest improvements to the teams and the management

Job Requirements

JR
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher is more preferred
- At least 5 years experiences in Sales & Marking management position in FMCG field and knowledge in battery and auto-care products is preferred
- Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager and excellent in sales planning and managing retails.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong ability to collaborate well with other departments to accomplish the targets.
- Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
- English 4 skill must be fluency
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements willingness to travel as needed
- Proactive and positive working attitude.
